Measuring success

To measure and monitor success of the University Strategy, a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) have been developed, using 2019/20 as the baseline, and these will be reported annually.  

The KPIs have been aligned to fit with the strategic objectiv​es of the University’s strategy, and targets are set for the following three years from 2022/23 to 2024/25. The University KPIs are captured below (please click on the image for a higher quality table).
