Verification that a Proposed Collaboration Agreement is ready for Signature (from Section 4f)
CPC5 is the form which must be signed to confirm that due process, set out within Section 4 of the Quality Framework has taken place, prior to the Collaboration Agreement being signed.

This template has been designed to record the
outcome of a partner evaluation visit which is carried out to provide an
independent report on a proposed new collaborative partner.
