​First Point of Contact

In order for all new students to receive the first welcome communication in July, Student & Academic Services require First Point of Contact information from Schools in May (see Matriculation and Induction for key dates).

Please complete the First Point of Contact - September 2015 spreadsheet and email to j.neilson@napier.ac.uk

The First Point of Contact information that the Schools provide is uploaded into SITS and will populate the welcome communications and the Your first day finder. 

If the First Point of Contact information is late or incomplete this could result in:

• A delay in welcome communications being sent out to students or, in some cases, not being sent at all
• Information will not be available to students on Your first day finder
• An increase in calls or emails to the University which could result in genuine requests for assistance being unanswered

All classes and activities should be booked in Syllabus Plus (S+) via your timetabler.
