Don't know how to search for information?
Eresource not working?
Contact: library@napier.ac.uk. Please include:
- Details of the database, ejournal, ebook, or journal article (article and journal title, year, volume and issue numbers);
- The text of the error message/a screenshot (press PrtScn (keyboard top row) and paste into your email;
- Details of how you got to the resource.
Please be aware that our eresources are provided by many different companies and some problems might be beyond our control, but we will work with our suppliers to resolve any issues as soon as possible.

Getting error messages?
If you are getting an "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error message or "Secure Connection Failed", when you click on an ejournal, ebook or database link, please check your https security settings. For advice on how to do this, please see Changing https security settings.
Problems accessing eresources from your work computer
- Please consult your organisation's IT department as a firewall may have been installed to block access to external sites or your computer may be set to block cookies.
