​​Sustainability in our Curriculum

With over ten years of experience, good practice examples and significant environmental development achieved throughout Edinburgh Napier we have a wealth of information to share. Many undergraduate and postgraduate students have used our qualitative and quantitative information to study in depth many aspects of environmental sustainability at Edinburgh Napier.

There are many academic best practice examples throughout schools, departments and teams such as the Transport Research Institute, Scottish Energy Centre and Institute for Sustainable Construction.  The Centre for Timber Engineering was awarded the Queen's Anniversary Prize for internationally acclaimed work in timber engineering, sustainable construction and wood science.
