Next steps

  • Between now and early March staff within each area will discuss these and work together to agree their priority actions for 2014/15.
  • These action plans will be collated by colleagues in Human Resources & Development by early March.
  • The University Leadership Team will discuss the collated set of actions and produce a corporate action plan (linked also to actions falling out of the new strategy to 2020), and this will be published following agreement of the strategy.

 

The collation of the above plans have now been completed. There has been some excellent work carried out throughout the university on the actions set.

In order to showcase some of the actions, a document has been created with information on the areas you said you wanted improvement on and what activities are taking place to address these.
