Enjoy Cashless & Loyalty Scheme
Information Services managed a project to launch a new cashless and loyalty scheme.
The scheme was launched on 30 October 2017 to provide staff and students with a new way to pay across Enjoy catering outlets.
The scheme provides users with the opportunity to register for an account, top up funds, and spend them using their University student or staff card and/or via the Enjoy App.
Loyalty points are earned on transactions (5 points for every complete £1 spent) which can then be spent at Enjoy.
Other benefits of the scheme are:
- No minimum spend per transaction
- Mobile App to manage spend/vouchers/points
- Auto top of accounts
- Quicker transactions at the till (no receipts so quicker than chip and pin)
- Ability for friends/family to top up an account on behalf of the student
