Information Services Shine in the Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey Results
Information Services are delighted to announce that we have exceeded last year’s excellent results in the 2019 Postgraduate Taught Experience Survey.
For the second year in a row we are the most highly rated factor:
“The most highly rated factor in 2019 was being able to access general IT facilities when required (88%), this was also the most highly rated factor in 2018.”
We received an improved rating on all of the Resources & Services questions with the exception of one:

These results highlight the dedication and commitment of all staff members from across Information Services.
