​Information Services' Business Improvement Team Leading Edinburgh Universities Lean Coaching Circle

Since December last year staff in Information Service’s Business Improvement Team have been supporting local universities in facilitating Edinburgh Universities Lean Coaching Circle.

The format is simple; each meeting starts with an update from members, and then the group discusses one element of lean-type business improvement. In the main part of the session the members of the circle offer impartial and confidential advice and support on how to solve problems and move their business improvements forward.

There have been two successful meetings so far, with the 10 members keen to keep the momentum going.
