External Manager Support

The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), in association with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has developed a series of tools to help managers assess whether they currently have the behaviours identifed as effective for supporting employees' mental health and reducing stress at work; the aim is to help managers reflect on their behaviour and management style.
