Once your SAF has passed through the approval chain, your Talent & Resourcing Consultant will contact you to organise a briefing meeting to discuss the recruitment campaign and process.

You should prepare the following for the meeting to ensure a smooth process in finding the right candidate:

Your budget and cost code for recruiting (advertising, relocation, interview expenses)
Targeted advertising for your consultant to explore e.g. any specific journals / professional bodies​
Key information you would like included in your advert​

Dates you are available to interview​
A target start date​ for your new appointment
