Interviews
Your Talent & Resourcing Team will arrange all interviews details, including diary management of panel members (including external panel members), booking rooms, catering and coordinating with candidates. To do this we require a minimum of 7 days from when we receive your shortlist to the interview date.
Interview Packs
There are different routes depending on whether your vacancy is academic or non-academic and you will be contacted by your Talent Consultant at least 2 days prior to the interviews with the following:
- Interview timetable
- Job description
- Applications and CV’s of all candidates
- Interview toolkit - within this toolkit you will be able to prepare questions from our templates, however your Consultant can give you some extra support to build your interview
Academic
- Interview timetable
- Job Description
- Applications and CV's of all candidates
- Interview assessment Form/ feedback
- Chairpersons scoring sheet
Post Interview
You should return the following to your Talent & Resourcing Consultant once the interviews are completed and you have made your decision:
- Feedback forms for all candidates
- Scoring matrix
- Completed appointment form with preferred candidate and details
It is also worth highlighting any other appointable candidates to your Talent & Resourcing Consultant in the event that your preferred candidate decides not to accept the role.
