Interviews
The Talent Acquisition Team will arrange all interviews details, including sending of diary placeholders to all panel members (including external panel members) and coordinating with candidates. To do this we require a minimum of 7 days from when we receive your shortlist to the interview date.
Please note that you have the option to conduct interviews either face-to-face or remotely. For more information on remote interviews, please visit the Remote Interviewing page.
For face-to-face interviews, the panel chair/hiring manager will be responsible for booking a room and arranging any catering/sundries.
You should also ensure that a panel member is available to meet the candidate at the iPoint reception so that they can be guided to the interview room.
