I previously worked at Edinburgh Napier as a research assistant at DLTE from 2014–16. In 2016 I ventured over to New Zealand to embark upon a PhD in social-ecology at Auckland University of Technology, where I received a Commonwealth Scholarship.
Just over three years later, I have returned to DLTE in a new position as a part-time lecturer in Education. In this role, I play an active part in the delivery of the International Learning and Teaching Module in Higher Education (international).
My research interests are in active learning, action research and student-centred learning approaches. In addition, I continue to engage in ecology and interdisciplinary collaborative work with colleagues internationally.
