I am a Lecturer in the Department of Learning and Teaching Enhancement at Edinburgh Napier University.

I teach on the Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Supporting Learning in Higher Education programme (PgCert TSL) and the MSc in Blended and Online Education.

I have taught at the Universities of Glasgow and Edinburgh. My PhD, from the University of Glasgow, explored the interplay between mathematics and fiction in contemporary American literature. My research interests are similarly multidisciplinary; I try to combine literary, scientific, and pedagogical aspects in creative ways.
