MS Office for Home Use via Office 365
As part of Office 365, staff members have access to the MS Office suite (Word, Excel etc.):

If you require MS Office to be installed on a staff laptop you have 2 options depending on whether the laptop is single user or shared users:
For shared user laptops: contact Information Services via the Shared Laptop Office365 Install form
for a technician to install Office 365 ProPlus. Edinburgh Napier login credentials are required and an internet connection will be required every 30 days to activate.
